Traverse Counseling & Consulting is seeking mental health practitioners and professionals who are interested in innovative approaches in leading families, couples and individuals out of their “stuckness” by providing Therapeutic and other professional services.
Qualified candidates will at a minimum have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field and have training in and experience in application of Family Systems theory.
Client Care Coordinator

Traverse Counseling & Consulting is looking for that special person that will be the first point of contact for our current and potential clients and the professionals that we work with. Your warm, welcoming presence, and knowledge of our services will set them at ease. Your professional office support and management of existing client’s cases will provide a seamless experience for both clients and staff. This position requires extensive one-on-one contact with our clients, including many families with children. It is imperative that our Client Care Coordinator have exceptional interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, the ability to multi-task and a dedication to outstanding customer service. This position would be a good fit for someone going to school to become a therapist, or someone wanting to work in this field.
Other Requirements besides those mentioned above:
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent typing skills
- A minimum two years’ experience in customer service or client care
- An interest in working in the mental health field
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
